TICKET BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Policy​​​​

• All tickets are valid for the day that it is purchased for only.

• The tickets are non-refundable.

• All tickets prices include VAT, which is charged at the current rate of 20%

• A Booking Fee will be applied.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

• All bags will be searched for security purposes.

• Re-entry is allowed; on the same day, a coloured wrist band will be issued on leaving the site; The wrist band is  specific for each day

• alcohol will be permitted but we strongly advise the glassware should not be used but plastic glasses to be used for drinking from.

• Picnics are allowed, but there will be various food & beverage vendors on site.

Cancellations Policy

• The Organisers reserve the right in exceptional circumstances beyond our control to cancel or amend the event without notice; in which case no refunds refunds will be given to public, traders or any other person/persons affected by any change or cancellation.

• The tickets are non-refundable.

• Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold.

• Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

• The Organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss by any person/persons on or around the event areas. Public liability insurance will be in place.

General Terms & Conditions

• The Organisers reserve the right in exceptional circumstances beyond our control to cancel or amend the event without notice or refund to public, traders or any other person/persons affected by any change or cancellation.

• Orders given out by the event stewards/security/volunteers must be obeyed at all times and the Organisers reserve the right to remove any person/persons without stating a reason from the event areas.

• The Organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss by any person/persons on or around the event areas. Public liability insurance will be in place. 

• All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Any lost wristbands / tickets will not be refunded by the event Organisers under any circumstances.

• No vehicle movements will be allowed within the event area during the event, unless authorised. 

• For the visitor's safety, public notices will be delivered via the event PA system which will be in the main event area.

• In the case of an event emergency please listen to the organisers instructions, which will be presented through the event PA. 

• The event will be photographed and video throughout the weekend by the organisers media team. 

• On entry to the event areas, please check and be aware of the evacuation routes. 

• Please keep all the event areas tidy and use the litter bins provided. 

• Lost persons or should be notified to an event steward/marshal/volunteer or at the event control tent.
